Contains Arnica montana tincture (1:50) in 65% E:W, equiv. to dry flower 0.9 mg/mL
Directions for use
Use ICE ROLL ON cooling therapy gel before, during and after sports activity or physical exertion. The convenient hands free application combines the cooling action with deep massage, reducing the risk of injury and muscle cramps. Apply the gel to the painful area three times daily or as required. Massage thoroughly into the skin with the roller.
